Green Hope Gathered is a collaborative expression of two friends who adore gathering, experimenting and nourishing through wholefoods.
Our philosophy is one based on the belief that food and cooking is a beautiful and powerful art. We see it as a form of creative expression, a tool to bless the bodies and warm the hearts of those around us, and we have confidence that selecting quality, sustainable foods acts as a vote for the kind of world and environment we want to live in.
Welcome, we are so excited that you are here!
Meredith Thornton is 22 years old, adventuring and exploring all sorts of new things with her husband in the city of Melbourne (for now). She’s a barista by day and by night the kitchen is her playground. She is particularly fond of anything sweet and is an avid baker. She love’s creating wholefood delights to celebrate any and every occasion.
Jessica Lowe is a 26 year old mum, freelance food writer and is a Pastor of Lighthouse North with her husband in the seaside village of Thirroul, NSW. She’s a predictable architect of chaos in the kitchen, but her cooking is full of love and is fuelled by a passion to nourish her family, friends and community through organic foods.
